Adidas is searching for a Social strategy and community management leading specialist.
Key responsibilities:
Lead adidas Originals digital publishing strategy across owned & partners (influencers) channels and paid social according to global & local Originals category calendar. Ensure best in class consumer journey by connecting social media experiences to adidas digital platforms.
Content guidance: Drive local content production & global content localization to support adidas Originals digital publishing strategy and global brand and category calendars.
Collaboration: Support the creation of annual plans with key partners across EIM, Sports Marketing and adidas Originals Brand Communication teams to support wider business goals.
Provide guidance to creative, production and media agencies, social platform partners, and other external partners to realize the global digital publishing strategy, and global brand and category calendars.
Manage adidas Originals’ social community and work with your team and Customer Service to ensure the best possible consumer experience and moderation on any social media touch point (IG and VK).
Support end to end campaign planning, target setting, optimization, and execution across social media in partnership with internal teams such as eCommerce and digital brand activation to achieve business goals.
Collaborate with Newsroom global colleagues to maximize the publishing mix for all campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels.
Ensure all campaigns and content are fully optimized to support measurement and advanced analytics efforts.
Document workflow.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Creative, collaborative and confident.
Broad understanding of and passion for the fashion / entertainment industry & trends, sneakerhead and streetwear culture (are you Highsnobiety subscriber?).
Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and strategic thinking.
High understanding of owned channel and paid social landscape.
Keen understanding of the publishing mix: owned, earned and paid.
Project management.
Advanced experience with all major social media networks: Facebook / Instagram, Google / YouTube, VK, Tik Tok, Telegram, etc.
Naturally curious and motivated by the ever-changing world of digital and mobile.
On the edge of new social media trends, technologies, platforms (are you already in Clubhouse app?).
Presentation and organizational skills.
Understanding of the Editorial process.
Copywriting skills.
Minimum +3 years of experience working with social media channels inhouse / creative or digital agencies.
Degree in Communications school (MADS, IKRA, FARM) as a plus.
Working with fashion / streetwear brands as a plus.
8+ years’ industry and / or relevant work experience.
Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
