Mars Pet Nutrition Russia is looking for Digital Technologies Functional Senior Leader who will drive digital &technology agenda withing given segment & geography & function with strong focus on business priorities.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Segment Alignment: Defines & owns the Digital Technologies strategy within the context of a given segment / geography / functional priorities & objectives
Disrupt with Digital: Brings to life within the segment business value delivery through digital capabilities activation
Digital Mindset: Drives the usage of Digital methodologies including test & learn approach, user centricity, product management, data & analytics and automation
External Perspective: Brings the «outside-In» by maintaining an external network of digital professionals to deliver value faster
Delivering Change
Strategy Delivery: Accountable and acts as escalation point for segment / geography / functional Digital Technologies strategy delivery (on time, in scope, on budget, with benefit realization)
Business Transformation: Organizes and delivers multi-years, large scale programs to deliver efficiency & growth; support business change and focus on benefit realizations
Capability Adoption: Drives the continuous adoption of Digital & Technologies capabilities within the segment / geography / function
Operational Excellence
Rationalization: Continuously challenge the status quo to drive opportunities to standardize and rationalize process and relevant IT landscape
Budget: co-accountable with Mars Digital Technologies S&F for Total DT Costs for Segment/geography and ensure to achieve Business Targets/benefits
Service: Monitors quality of Digital Technologies service provided to segment / geograph / function and acts as point of escalation
People Leader
Competencies: Works with the segment / geography / function to ensure that necessary Digital competencies are in place
Teams of Team: Manages Associates & contractors’ engagement behind segment/geography/function, beyond reporting lines
Experience:
5+ years working in a Digital Tech related role
Must be customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationship including business leaders, DT personnel and project leaders
Deep understanding of business drivers / processes and ability to relate segment priorities to associated technology
Learning agility and desire to learn new technology and business
Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skills with variety stakeholders
Strong problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills
Should have a proven track record of delivering results in some of the following three areas: Project delivery, Program, Product, Digital Strategy
Proven track record to get things done in a matrixed / multi levels organization and influencing without authority.
