Adidas is looking for a Senior tenders specialist.
Responsibilities:
1. Tactical / Operational Procurement support:
Purchase requests & Contracts approval within local systems
Risk management (re-negotiations of terms\prices for previously completed tenders)
Daily operations on ongoing tenders
2. Strategic Procurement support:
Procurement calendar owner: collecting, analysis & maintenance of SCM procurement calendar on the market level
Maintaining stakeholder relations through regular meetings, feedback collection & demand assessment at the market level
Supplier sourcing
3. Global Procurement support:
Maintaining Global initiatives in SCM area
Acting as a SPOC for Global at market level for all global key initiatives: collecting market info, submitting to global, reviewing global solutions for the market application
Requirements:
Good understanding of transportation and logistics principles (Supply Chain Management) & Facility Management areas: freight, processing, 3PL operations, customs, certification, packaging, maintenance, and contraction works at distribution centers
Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels
