— design and execute inbound marketing methodology distributing helpful and educational content to prospects and nurturing them into MQLs. Rebuild the localized content marketing effort and use it to drive profitable partner acquisition and activation worldwide;
— drive overall acquisition plan, determine cost per acquisition goals based on CAC/LTV ratio. Own the Group’s B2B growth metrics for paid channels as well as overall acquisition plan, determine cost per acquisition goals based on CAC/LTV ratio;
— own entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, including strategy and design, attributions, landing pages development, overall day-to-day management, deep data analysis, and ongoing optimization. Manage performance in social ads, organic and paid search, including design and implementation of SEO and SEM optimization tactics;
— review current performance channels to further develop effective mix helping grow the b2c customer base. Restart marketing channels that have not been proved to work before;
— fight against bottlenecks to growth/efficiency; find new levers to drive growth/efficiency in the medium term.   Key Qualifications:
— deep performance marketing expertise. Familiarity with different sources of traffic acquisition, their strengths and weaknesses. Experience managing different performance channels and successful cases of profitable growth through them. Deep understanding of concepts of unit economics and marketing attribution at a level allowing to design custom
algorithms;
— B2B marketing expertise. Deep understanding of b2b acquisition and demand generation concepts and experience of thinking through ad spend in CAC-LTV framework. Ability to integrate all marketing activities into the solid system and set up a comprehensive system of KPIs to control effectiveness;
— quantitative background and demonstrated sharp analytical skills. Familiarity with SQL and Excel data presentation at the expert level. Ability to model data and analyze it holistically;
— fluent English. Can comfortably present ideas and acquisition reports during demo sessions and respond to questions under pressure. Can comfortably interact with marketing partners in various international markets;
— international and growth mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence;
— excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills. Demonstrable ability to distill complex concepts from many sources into a simple vision that can be understood by a person with a minimal background in the subject matter;
