Headquartered in Cyprus, E-Consulting Group is an international e-commerce agency engaged in the production and promotion of cosmetics, dietary supplements and vitamins in the US market. The company is looking for a Head of Prep-center.
Acting as the primary contact between logistics operators and different marketplaces in our warehouse in the US, the ideal candidate:
Oversees, leads and manages the coordination of Prep-center operations, while collaborating with multiple third-party logistics operators and other contractors and handymen.
Receives incoming shipments from different stakeholders and reports back any discrepancies.
Ensures shipments’ delivery to different marketplaces is executed on time and to the highest standards.
Ensures that warehouse materials are rotated and stored properly.
Oversees the efficiency of warehouse operations with the focusing on the receipt and delivery of goods, management of inventory costs, and optimization of space.
Requirements:
US visa.
Previous work experience as a Prep-center manager (ideally some experience prepping or selling on Amazon and/or other major marketplace).
Technical background.
Supervisor experience with demonstrated expertise in managing 10+ warehouse team members.
Strong knowledge of all warehouse procedures and functions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external parties.
Fluent Russian & English.
