About the Role

You will conceptualize products across the region, continuously challenge processes, and take on full responsibility. Ultimately, we are looking for someone with entrepreneurial drive, who is not afraid of challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities
Working closely with the leadership team and Head of Departments to define the product and rollout strategy, and drive the execution of new initiatives across different divisions
Reviewing and improving existing processes through automation, integrations, or changes in team structure to increase scalability, efficiency, and quality of service
Support Operations departments to ensure targets are met, daily operations are running smoothly, and identify bottlenecks
Create a solid set of report to have accurate and actionable data easily available for our teams
Be accountable for key company metrics related to onboarding, satisfaction, retention and efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a top university (local/foreign)
3+ years in operations/project management working on operations optimization at successful companies/startups
2 years People Management experience
Have a proven track record of delivering high levels of performance, sustained customer satisfaction, and consistent achievement of business goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably have prior experience working in startup/digital marketing companies
Mindset and Attitude
Clear entrepreneurial and hustle mindset with the drive to constantly create innovative solutions
Proactive and flexible to the fast-paced culture of startups, with a hands-on approach
