А leading clinical genetic testing company Blueprint Genetics is looking for a Sales Director Eastern Europe.

 

Job Description:

As a Commercial Sales Director, you will independently manage your own territory within Eastern Europe. In this role, you will liaise with top accounts, conduct market analytics, and execute market strategies. You will represent Blueprint Genetics and be responsible for driving growth and brand awareness within your own territory.

 

Your main tasks will include:

Regular meet-ups with top accounts on a frequent basis
Active acquisition of customers in the relevant countries
Establishing regional action plans and market strategies to drive growth
Conducting market analytics and market intelligence
Maintaining customer relationship management via Salesforce.com
Facilitating problem-solving and customer satisfaction
Managing relationships with KOL’s in the diagnostics of rare hereditary disorders
Representing Blueprint Genetics at conferences and target group gatherings
Providing input for marketing and product management efforts
Upholding Blueprint Genetics sales culture and philosophy

 

Qualifications:

We live for our customers, so we are looking for a results-driven colleague who has enthusiasm and passion for selling, partnering, and networking with customers. We hope you have existing networks in Eastern Europe and several years of relevant working experience. You have profound understanding of methods in the field of modern human genetics. You take ownership, and you have exceptional communication and negotiating skills in English and in Russian language.

 

Our ideal candidate would have:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or Medical Technology
Profund understanding of methods in the field of modern human genetics and rare hereditary diseases
Several years’ experience in the field of genetic diagnostics or biotechnology sales
Proven track record of success selling a broad laboratory testing portfolio to various medical specialties in the genetic diagnostics field
Very good knowledge of the Eastern European healthcare and reimbursement systems
Demonstrated organizational skills and experience in handling complex accounts
Strong communication skills and negotiating ability
Excellent English and Russian language skills are essential; other Eastern European languages are of advantage
Self-motivated to work independently as part of a larger team; results-driven
Strong time and territory management skills
Travel commitment up to 50%
Highly experienced using CRM software – Salesforce or Microsoft CRM is a plus.
