Head of Finance and Planning.

TH Group, Moscow office, would like to invite candidates for Head of Finance and Planning position with the following areas of activities: financial planning, analysis of the company economic performance, financial analytics and treasury.
Job summary:
- Carry out an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the company, an assessment of the financial resources and financial needs of the company for the (short-term, long-term) perspective
- Participate in development of the financial strategy of the enterprise in accordance with approved strategic plan for the development of the enterprise, participates in setting priorities for financial tasks in accordance with business strategy, market situation and available resources
- Lead the team in preparation of Annual Operation Plan (AOP) based in BOD’s goals in combination with available resources and business prospects as well
- Perform verification of cost factors impact on gross margin on the basis of different locations to support generic decision making, e.g. investment decisions, optimizing operations system, purchase of materials
- Perform verification of accuracy of plan data to ensure the plan attainable and deliver profitable results
- Monitor assets and inventory of materials (equipment, machinery) in balancing with the demand, making decisions to redeploy machinery and material between surplus and shortage places
- Predict and analyze market situation that affects the financial performance of the company (economic: inflation and unemployment, consumer purchasing power, trends in the interest rate for loans, etc.; political; environmental; scientific and technical; etc.)
- Develop and forecast of profit and loss, cash flow (receipts and payments), cash outflows (expenses and expenses), net cash flow (surplus or deficit), opening and closing bank account balances, balance sheets of assets and liabilities
- Provide support to the company management and stakeholders on all financial issues in the relevant area of responsibility, brings to the attention of the management a list of key financial decisions that need to be made and warns about the possibility of rash financial decisions that could lead to the bankruptcy of the company
- Supervise daily treasury operations (operational expenses, fund transfers)
- IFRS preparation
- Ensure maintaining the economic stability of the company, assessing and predicting the financial stability and sustainability of the company
- Cashflow preparation and its control
- Ensures capex follow-up and capex budgeting
- Monitoring compliance with banking covenants and providing all necessary information to banks under the concluded loan agreements
- Participates in providing the documents and other information to banks, provided for by loan agreements
- Supervise his/her team and support human resources department including individual & team goal setting, training & coaching, advices on professional development, succession planning and performance evaluations
- Performs high-quality document management: timely provision of necessary documents (internal and external). Ensures compliance with all internal regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- A degree-level in finance
- Preferably with a higher degree in a management discipline or a professional qualification
- Fluent English
- Experience in managing financial activities for a large organization (Manufacturing / Agriculture / FMCG is preferred) over 10 years
