Headquartered in Noida (India), UFlex today has sophisticated packaging facilities at multiple locations in India with installed capacity of around 1,35,000 TPA and has packaging film manufacturing facilities in India, UAE, Mexico Egypt, Poland, Russia and USA with a cumulative capacity of 3,81,000 TPA. It has new manufacturing facilities coming up in Nigeria, Hungary and in Karnataka (India).
Job descriptions:
- Manage the entire product line cycle
- Drawing the action plan for the production process
- Utilization of resources (materials, machine, consumables and manpower) efficiently to maximize the output
- Strategically coordinate entire production activities with minimum downtime
- Makes decision about implementation and adjustment of the production schedule
- Identify process deficiencies and operational gaps to increase the plant’s output
- Resolve issues related to trouble shooting
- Implement standardized work flows and guide the daily work
- Ability to direct practical knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Equipment's for maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Ensure adherence to the quality in the production process and the product specification (Micron level, treatment level, friction level etc.) and take corrective actions where required
- Develop Waste Management and reduction plan and incorporate applicable regulations
- Sound Knowledge of Dornier Machine
Experience:
- 12 Years to 18 Years in BOPET Production
