HR Business Partner.
Currently company is looking for HR Business Partner who will be responsible for full coverage of employees’ lifecycle for one of the parts of organization. HRBP will report to CEE HR Director responsible for Poland, Czech Republic, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Hungary and Serbia.
Responsibilities:
- Providing pro-active consulting to managers by giving them day-to-day advice; recommending the best practices, tools and techniques for their business
- Coordination and implementation of different HR process (recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, training and development, talent and succession planning, compensation &benefits, rewards& recognition, etc.)
- Participation and ownership of international HR projects in Central and Eastern Europe
- Cooperation with training companies, recruitment agencies and other HR suppliers
- Implementation and following up on guidelines and procedures regarding HR
- Preparing reports and analysis of HR KPIs
- Full responsibility of HR agenda (including administration, 2 subordinates)
- Reporting line: HR Director Central and Eastern Europe
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, in a multinational company
- University degree (Human Resources/Psychology/Sociology)
- Fluent English
- Excellent interpersonal skills - communication and team work skills, flexibility and proactiveness
- Able to work independently, think strategically, coordinate multiple tasks and projects
- Open for travels (time to time business trips both local and international)
- General knowledge of HR Administration (КДП)
