Mars is searching for an Internal Communications Manager.

 

You will:

  • Develop and drive Marsd PN internal communication strategy to engage and power up associates
  • Execute communication initiatives that engage internal stakeholders towards Mars PN Russia Strategy, OGSM, pet-ambassadorship and increase internal advocacy and volunteer activities
  • Manage strategically internal communication tools and channels e.g. e-Newsletters, corporate magazine, LT Meetings/townhalls, monthly update, etc.
  • Develop visible leadership strategies for the Leadership Team (LT)
  • Copywrite and localize communication materials
  • Find opportunities for 360 storytelling
  • Drive change communication initiatives
  • Live The Five Principles
  • Drive corporate programs: Mars Volunteer Program, Mars Ambassadorship Program, Sustainability in a Generation Plan


The company expects:

  • Fluent English and Russian both written and oral
  • Excellent and concise storytelling
  • Leadership and Business Communications: speech and copy writing experience essential
  • Solid project management skills - proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to track projects with varying deadlines
  • Experience and interest in managing/developing social media for internal audiences.
  • Must be politically savvy, with ability to deal with all levels of management, as well as a variety of positions and personalities, as well as to influence without authority
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English/Journalism/Communications/Marketing required; MA or MBA preferred
  • >3 years professional expertise in internal communications in a multinational company
  • Broad perspective and authentic opinion is a plus
