Your Responsibilities:
As part of the Feel Good pillar of the Modern Employer, GSK will be phasing in a globally consistent health and wellbeing programme inclusive of technology platform. This new role will lead the implementation of the programme in country. Each new country role will be initiated as the health and wellbeing platform is launched.
The purpose of this role is to deliver GSKs global health and wellbeing programme, inclusive of the launch of the technology platform, to improve the health and wellbeing of GSK employees in country aligned with global approach. The three main components of the role are:
- Design and delivery of country health and wellbeing programme;
- Communication of programmes and engagement of employees;
- Measure and evaluation of the effectiveness of health and wellbeing programme.
• Execute the launch and ongoing implementation of country health and wellbeing programme, inclusive of technology platform.
• Engage business leadership and other key stakeholders to develop and sustain a culture that supports sustainable, healthy behaviours
• In partnership, develop, implement and assess health promotion programme plan and incentive programme, aligned to the global plan and customized as necessary to meet specific needs of the country
• Work with sites in country to implement health and wellbeing activities and events including review and selection of third party vendors, scheduling, effective employee communication, and managing logistics.
• Lead and coordinate the country health and wellbeing champion networks ensuring coverage and engagement of champions to support activities and events.
• Generate HRA reports using the portal system, draw insights (e.g., key risk factors, employee segmentation, etc) and utilize insights to drive health and wellbeing programme.
• Set-up and track POs and invoices through GSK finance systems to ensure accurate reporting and to inform key Health & Wellbeing finance decisions and budgeting.
• Establish appropriate mechanisms to track and report on programme utilisation and contribute to value on investment positioning.
Basic qualifications:
Level of Education
at least Bachelors or equivalent
Medicine, Health promotion, public health, nursing
• 2-4 years of experience in country, regional or global health promotion programming.
• Demonstrated competence in the development of high impact health promotion and health education programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to utilise health data to design programs and assess programme effectiveness.
• Experience communicating with and engaging leaders and employees to maximise effectiveness
