Международное рейтинговое агентство Эксперт РА в поиске Руководителя направления разработки новых продуктов по оценке рисков.   Задачи: Анализировать новые продукты на финансовых рынках в области оценки кредитных, операционных и рыночных рисков с учетом тенденций и перспектив их развития.
Разрабатывать ценовую политику по новым продуктам совместно с коммерческой службой Агентства.
Подготавливать предложения по показателям финансовых рисков формировать требования к продуктам на основе аналитики, запросов клиентов и своего собственного видения.
Нарабатывать и поддерживать широкую базу контактов в профессиональном сообществе для тестирования идей новых продуктов, получения обратной связи по существующим продуктам и потребностям финансового рынка.
Готовить презентационные материалы и выступать на профильных конференциях, вебинарах и других мероприятиях с участием государственных органов, участников рынка и потенциальных клиентов.
Подготавливать требования для автоматизации расчета метрик и проведения тестирования новых продуктов.
Подготавливать аналитические материалы по продуктам на финансовых рынках и новым продуктам Агентства для представления на коллегиальные органы Агентства.
Принимать участие в разработке и актуализации стратегии Агентства, формировании и защите годовых финансовых планов в части продаж новых продуктов.
Формировать команду для решения прикладных задач и реализации продуктовых проектов, обучать и способствовать развитию профессиональных навыков и компетенций сотрудников своего отдела и смежных отделов. Проводить тематические тренинги для внутренней и внешней аудитории.   Требования к кандидату: Высшее экономическое и (или) математическое образование.
Опыт работы и глубокие знания финансовых рынков, фин. инструментов, оценки их рисков, моделей расчета стоимости финансовых инструментов.
Продвинутый или свободный уровень английского языка.
Наличие опыта работы в риск менеджменте является преимуществом.
Наличие опыта в продажах и управлении финансовыми инструментами, исследовательской работы в данной области будет являться преимуществом.
