Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
Consulting or product marketing experience.
Experience with analyzing data, and demonstrated spreadsheet software and quantitative modeling experience.
Understanding of the online education ecosystem both in Russia and in EMEA region.
Demonstrated organizational and cross-functional management skills, resourcefulness and attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

From determining positioning, industry analysis to UX design, feature prioritization and customer funnel management, you’ll help shape the voice of the product. You will work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, engineers and product development. The role enables you to shape the product development process, organize product launches from beginning to end, and form future marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
Partner with Country Director, PR and Policy Leads on brand and reputation program-related questions.
Lead and execute marketing strategies for Grow with Google, including budget management and reporting on KPIs/ROI tracking.
Develop and lead strategy across the entire funnel, from awareness to comprehension, trial, usage and retention.
Build and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with global and regional teams, balancing investments across campaigns, special offers and distribution.
Implement measurement plans to evaluate marketing investments, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
