Icons8 is an international team that creates and shares icons, illustrations, photos, music, and design software. Helps designers and developers to express their ideas by giving the right design elements at the right time.
Company is looking for the leading salesman who knows how to sell in the US and EU markets to join a profitable startup going upmarket.
Company'll help to spot the source of leads and deliver the product. Your responsibility is to build a team and be a player-coach contacting leads, doing demos, and closing deals.
Company expects you to be an experienced professional and self-starter. Here's definition of a self-starter:
- You have your ideas about building and improving the sales process, bringing it into actionable steps
- You have a plan where to start and understand what kind of help you need from the rest of the team
- You can automate the sales process. Although company has a CRM and some automation tools in place, you can give toolkit a second thought

- Positive thinking: they don't urge, don't blame, and don't threaten. They don't believe that people are born lazy, and we need to intimidate them to death in order to do something
- Collaboration: they do everything together; they call each other and work on the tasks together, instead of writing long descriptions and reports
