PR-менеджер (VK Fest) Чем предстоит заниматься: 1. PR

• генерировать и собирать инфоповоды и идеи по продвижению VK Fest;
• заниматься подготовкой пресс-материалов (пресс-релизы, комментарии, статьи);
• отрабатывать входящие запросы;
• проводить мониторинг упоминаний VK Fest в СМИ.

2. Медиапартнёрства

• заниматься подготовкой специальных проектов в медиа: вести переговоры и готовить контент;
• курировать застройку и брендинг медиапартнёров на фестивале

3. Организация работы

• организовать процесс аккредитации журналистов на VK Fest;
• работать с журналистами на площадке — сопровождать журналистов на фестивале, информировать о важных событиях, контролировать застройку и работу пресс-зоны;
• координировать процесс сбора информации о программе VK Fest вместе с Программной командой фестиваля;
• составлять регулярные отчёты об активности.

• составлять контент-стратегию и контент-план сообщества;
• ставить задачи дизайнерам на подготовку изображений;

2. Организация работы

• взаимодействовать с командой ВКонтакте и Радио Рекорд;
• собирать вводные и информацию для публикаций;

3. Креатив

• создавать материалы для сообщества;

A Community Associate is the primary point of contact for the community and acts as the “face” of WeWork.

Ensure that your building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly

Greeting /Point of Contact
Be the first and last point of contact for your building
Cover the front desk during business hours
Greet and check-in member guests
Greet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails

Prepare and distribute promotional materials to guests/potential members
Answer “walk-up” member and guest questions or refer inquirer to additional resources
Membership Management

Make posters for events
