1. Lead Key Account Manager.
What you’ll do:
Be part of the team launching the Russian market — localizing customer communication and adapting internal processes
Call parents and students in need of tutoring and explain how GoStudent and our service work
Understand the needs of the students, pair them with the ideal tutor and organize trial sessions
Convince customers to buy packages worth €300 to €7,000 (subscription model)
Help your new customers make the best possible use of our platform and introduce them to our Customer Success Team.
Share tips and tricks with your colleagues and bring new ideas to improve our product and internal processes.

2. Lead Customer Success Manager.
What you’ll do:
Be part of the team launching the Russian market — localizing customer communication and adapting internal processes
Take care of 300-500 active customers (parents & students), ensuring they are happy with GoStudent tutors and customer service
Respond to all inquiries coming from your customers (technical issues, billing requests, tutor change, additional subjects…) — all via WhatsApp, calls & e-mails
Proactively contact your customers to offer additional services and upgrade their subscription
Onboard and train new colleagues who join your team

Who you are:

What you’ll do:
Be part of the team launching the Russian market — localizing customer communication and adapting internal processes
Be accountable for the recruitment, onboarding, training and happiness of tutors
Respond to all inquiries coming from the tutors (technical issues, invoicing requests, tutor change, additional subjects…) — all via WhatsApp, calls & e-mails
Organize workshops to onboard, train and update our community
Proactively contact the tutors to increase engagement with our customers, improve their teaching skills and ensure overall satisfaction
Ensure best practice exchange and communication within the community

4. HR Generalist.
What you’ll do:
Supervision, optimization & organization of the application process for the different positions
Creation and implementation of job ads for the Russian market and the various positions
Onboarding of new employees for our office and supporting the opening of an office in Russia
Taking ownership of HR related projects
Creation of working documents (contract, home office agreements, etc.) and handling questions regarding the Russian labor law
Reliable and competent support of the existing teams with questions and problems
Who you are:
Hard skills: You completed a bachelor degree in HR (or in a similar field of study) and have deep knowledge of the Russian Labor Law
Personality: You are professional and serious when dealing with people, have the necessary social skills and can easily express yourself in Russian (mother tongue) and English, German is a plus

5. Marketing Director.
What you’ll do:
Manage Paid Search, Social and Display marketing campaigns for the Netherlands and Belgium — launching, monitoring, optimizing and reporting
Be accountable for the quantity, quality and cost of leads
Cooperate with Project Managers, Content Specialists and Graphic Designers
Optimize ROI, allocate budget, and identify opportunities for expansion & scaling
Conduct regular research to understand your audience, find inspiration for top-notch campaigns and design campaigns that capture the attention of parents
Lead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, landing pages, incentives, and more
Who you are:
4+ years of B2C Marketing experience in a fast-growth company
4+ years of hands-on Google and Facebook Ads experience
Experience with Google Analytics, SEO or any other marketing channels/tools a plus
Thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment: you get bored with routine and crave for knowledge and new experiences
Excellent communicator, creative thinker and problem solver
