Company is looking for Program Director in Moscow Office.
The Program Director will report directly to the Chıef Deployment Offıcer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and accredited Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience of designing and implementing a framework (program) of cultural-transformational-transactional change and continuous improvement-productivity in a matrix organization with high complexity and diversity resulting in increased profitability and sustainable competitive advantage
- Excellent understanding of tools especially as six sigma, lean, DFSS, operational excellence, and also digitization & digitalization, quality assurance and management systems, innovation, cost-budget control, project portfolio management, continuous improvement, strategic alignment, long-term leader development programs, DFSS
- Proficiency in statistics, data analytics, DOE, and multivariate statistics, Minitab or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and influence with a diverse group of partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts
- Experience of completing improvement projects with over 500k$ profit after tax and graduating over 50 black belts or equivalent project managers/executives
- No travel restriction
Job Description:
- Designing, running, adapting continuously and iteratively the program/framework that meets Renaissance Group’s needs from especially corporate culture, business strategy perspective
- Identifying, training, coaching and developing high caliber candidates (internal or external) with whom to work as black belts or equivalent (project managers/executives)
- Responsible for projects to bring financial savings and cultural behavior change within the targeted time frame
- Tracking progress via metrics/KPIs and value from these efforts in order to help decision makers allocate resources and recognize success with special focus on operational cost reduction
- Providing organization-wide visibility of the current portfolio of improvement projects/actions/efforts
- To work effectively with other leaders to standardize processes and develop best practices
- Represent the organization in various forums related to Process Certification/Six Sigma approaches. Develop standard work, procedures, and integrate industry-standard best practices
- Coordinate development and publishing of success stories
- Understanding the organization's vision, strategy, targets and improvement needs and proposing solutions and improvement actions that support the targets, designing and managing workgroups to implement them
- Executing projects/actions for the solution of critical and strategic business problems when necessary with matrix teams
