Executives are often armed with a variety of insights about their consumers and marketing investments, but may struggle to put these insights into action. Our Managed Services solutions enable organizations to achieve greater returns on their marketing investments by identifying how to reach target audiences across the consumer lifecycle, providing the links necessary to execute campaigns in digital and physical channels, and optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis.
With proprietary insights on actual spending behavior and a wealth of knowledge on consumer loyalty, we build, execute and optimize campaigns to drive profits for leading organizations.
The Managed Services team focuses on the initiation and delivery of quality marketing innovation, strategies, payments product marketing, marketing consulting and execution to deliver data and insights driven solutions and products to financial institutions, government and merchants. We are looking for a candidate to lead and implement best-in-class digital and marketing products and solutions to drive significant growth, acquisition and market share for external clients in collaboration with Mastercard. S/he will be accountable to drive and manage innovative and relevant marketing driven programs for key accounts in the region. The candidate will initiate and package digital and marketing engagements that are differentiated and relevant so as to truly value add and fast track results for Mastercard and partners. S/he will be proactively contributing to business development efforts to sell Managed Services marketing products, platforms and solutions to internal and external stakeholders. S/he will foster strong internal and external partnerships to elevate the position and value of Managed Services.
Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
• Create and execute exceptional CRM & digital marketing projects delivery with a focus on financial performance and impact. Support, drive and execute the digital marketing agenda with internal and external stakeholders to grow and scale Mastercard’s and clients’ revenue through data and results-driven digital marketing strategies and solutions.
• Implement digital marketing solutions including data driven digital campaigns, integrated marketing programs, business development, acquisition, portfolio marketing management, cross and up selling, retention and loyalty, product launches to support the growth or Mastercard’s business and our customers. Support the roll out of fresh and scalable and automated digital marketing solutions.
• Ensuring flawless execution of the Managed Services projects and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our customer relationships
• Evaluate and work with external partners with effective platforms, capabilities, expertise and innovative solutions to provide effective strategies and solutions that best support the growth of our clients’ business.
• Manage creative development, media planning and execution guarantying high standards of quality and coherence versus client needs.
• Be accountable and manage multiple projects, P&L and end-to-end executions in a timely manner. Provide marketing and administrative support to the team.
We recruit for and value the following core competencies:
• Strong digital marketing background in payments industry driving performance strategies is preferred. Strong marketing knowledge and understanding of marketing fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering large scale campaigns acquiring new customers and marketing to existing customers
• Superb with numbers, analytics and all kind of measurement
• Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Can do attitude with a high sense of ownership
• Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a flexibility to multitask and handle multiple requests with varying degrees of priority simultaneously
• Proactive communication skills to collaborate with the multiple team members he/she will be supporting
• Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and work ethic
• Highly meticulous individual with excellent co-ordination and project management skills so as to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively.
• Knowledgeable about the advanced and sophisticated solutions, digital landscape and platforms. Innate ability to size up and spot new business opportunities and solutions in the market.

• Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams
