Аn independent french recruiting company MP Recruiting that supports clients in searching, screening and hiring Middle Managers and Senior Executives has opened a position of a Head of Recruitment team for Russia.
The job holder will be in charge of further developing the client portfolio, scaling-up the team and secure operations. The exact scope of responsibilities might be adjusted according to candidate profile.
Conditions:
Salary — from 200 000 to 1 000 000 rub.
Your roles:
Design, in close collaboration with the founder of the company, the sales, marketing and communication strategies (including for the Russian market)
Fuel the client portfolio development with the support of the whole team
Monitor the execution of mandates to ensure the highest level of quality for clients
Manage, recruit, train, development the team (360° consultants, researchers, sales support people, interns) Team of 5+ people under direct supervision to be double over the 12 coming months
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Strongly contribute to the dynamic of the company development (300% of growth per year since its creation)
Optional : Deliver and complete senior positions.
What we expect from you:
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a premium recruiting agency (including having been a 360° recruitment consultant) for middle management / executive positions
Demonstrated business development skills and existing portfolio of clients / network (In Russia or outside Russia)
Experience in managing recruitment consultant teams
High level of ambition, autonomy, drive, entrepreneurial streak and commitment / reliability
High level of communication and negotiation skills
Full fluency in French or English is mandatory
