Executive Business Assistant.
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will engage with Innotech Marketing leadership team in order to establish smooth Marketing’s operations processes and will ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, manage planning as well as work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders.
As an Executive Business Assistant, you will also provide executive-level support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). You will oversee and manage the flow and exchange of information, streamline interactions and facilitate initiatives on behalf of the CMO.
This position reports directly to CMO.
Требования
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related area (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
- 2-3+ years of marketing/PR/digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B technology industry
- 5 years of experience providing high-level executive support
- Experience working in complex organizations, working across boundaries and developing strong organizational relationships
- Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
- Experience with rigorous analytical problem solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to senior management
- Strong project management and decision-making skills
- Self-directed, proactive and energetic
- Ability to think and communicate strategically with a variety of people
Задачи:
As Executive Business Assistant:
- Organize internal and external meetings for the CMO, including notifying attendees, reserving conference rooms, handling logistics, drafting and distributing agendas, and taking minutes
- Collaborate with other administrative assistants to successfully coordinate schedules across teams
- Manage all travel arrangements and reservations for CMO
- Complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned
As Marketing Operations Manager:
- Work as part of the Marketing team to improve efficiency and effectiveness by applying a rigorous approach to Marketing’s operational processes
- Evaluate Marketing performance/impact and make data-driven recommendations for how to adjust our approach to reach our ambitious goals
- Manage marketing team operations in collaboration with procurement and financial teams, ensuring all activities are properly tracked and paid on time
- Run regular reports on team’s performance (incl. budget) and distribute them to relevant internal stakeholders and/or external partners as appropriate.
- Special projects as assigned
