Farfetch is looking for SEM Executive to lead the development and execution of effective campaigns to grow traffic, sales, profit, and new customers through SEM marketing advertising.   The ideal candidate will demonstrate data-driven thinking, striving to find new ways of optimization and new approaches to campaign creation.   What you'll do: Responsible for development of SEM and Price Comparison campaign types (Yandex Market and Google Shopping)
Working with automated systems for generating advertising campaigns, that includes technical setup, writing ad templates (in RU and EN languages), building a data structure, carrying out updates as new opportunities of advertising platforms become available
Fully responsible for integration and collaboration with partners, i.e. tracking setup, condition negotiation, launch plan any necessary tech & design requirements, direct control of traffic quality and further optimization, maintenance of documentation and invoices
Support and optimize Data Feeds, including creating new ones for the new types of ad campaigns
Provide assistance for the Display ad campaigns in Yandex advertising network such as Smart Banners, Product Ads, Mobile App Installs
Day to Day management and optimization performance of advertising campaigns including evaluation of keywords, search queries and campaign types
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns against established goals and KPIs (CPO, CPI, CPA, ROI)
Optimization of bidding strategy, testing and exploring new possibilities and tools of SEM
Communicate with other team members including BI, Analysts, Development, Content, Brand in order to provide support and implement joint projects   Who you are: Strategic thinker, see the big picture while maintaining focus on daily details

Heavy Excel user
Experience with AMO / Adobe AdLens, Marilyn, eLama, Kenshoo, K50 or other relevant optimization system is a strong plus
Experience of using of API advertising systems is a plus
Experience to work on an international market is a plus

Core responsibilities are focused on leveraging Data Science techniques and practices into Visa’s ongoing consulting engagements with clients, which include the issuers, acquirers, and merchants that comprise the Visa ecosystem. Additional capacity within the team is dedicated to internal functions, such as supporting the needs of the Visa Sales team, Finance, and Marketing on an as-needed basis. The Senior Director leads the Data Science Team (up to 15 employees) and builds the Data Science Strategy for the Russia subregion. The role manages the day-to-day operations of the local Data Science team, taking line management responsibility for practitioners in the field, building rapport within Visa Consulting and across other operations, and leading the sub-regional Data Science strategy as defined by the VP of Data Science for CEMEA. The most significant daily effort is spent on preparing and executing deliverables for clients, working very closely with Consulting and country leadership to shape, execute and course-correct client engagements that involve Data Science work. In doing so, the Senior Director serves as a bridge, translating the technical practice of Data Science into the operational business realities of Visa’s clients. The role partners extensively across VCA and other functions (Business Development, Regional Solutions, etc.) and sits on the Russia Regional Leadership Team. A critical measure of success is not only client satisfaction with end-deliverables from the Data Science team, but development of a robust pipeline of client work that ultimately advances and promotes Visa’s role and overarching business model within the region. Team health, technical skills development, and facilitation of strong working relationships across Visa’s operations are other key metrics that are reviewed on a regular basis. In CEMEA, Data Science includes responsibility for all functions supporting the end-to-end delivery of modeling work for clients, and therefore incudes oversight of ancillary functions such as Data Modeling and Analysis, Data Engineering, and Consulting itself (preparation and delivery of slide decks and client presentations). While practioners within the Visa Data Science community are largely focused on algorithm development, the Senior Director of Data Science is responsible for leveraging vendors and other Visa teams to deliver the non-core components of comprehensive client delivery within projects under his/her management. Familiarity with financial services operations (particularly in payments) and experience in consulting is required for the role. Forecast of Europe retail & food service landscape for 3-5yr horizon. Draw on multiple, often ambiguous and conflicting data sources (internal financial, external agency – Nielsen/IRI, Planet Retail & other non-standard sources/reports/organizations to be self-defined) to build a coherent view of the total Europe trade landscape to support European Commercial function Strategy formulation for 1-yr and 3-5yr timeframes   Qualifications/ Experience / Competencies: Applicant must be immediately credible in strategy: 4 years strong top-tier strategy consulting with focus on FMCG or retail OR 5-6 years in commercial strategy with FMCG. Top tier educational background preferred.
Very strong analytical skills – excellent competency in MS Excel is a must, as is experience of managing complex, incomplete & inconsistent datasets and defining strategic analytics (market sizing/growth forecasts etc).
Deep grounding in logic as proven through academic excellence or work (e.g. constructing strategic frameworks; designing complex analytical models; defining processes)
Strategic mindset, intellectual curiosity and ability to problem solve / search out facts / engage internal & external contacts to source data without prior detailed process/guidance; ability to leverage the internet to collate external data sources (e.g. many retail facts will not be collated in known data sources)
Proven experience using PowerPoint and ability to produce visually compelling presentations
Verbal and written communication skills that educate and influence senior leaders; ability to "manage up"
High Emotional Intelligence, with global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
Clarity in communication and English language to enable production of a very high standard of commentary that is impactful and credible for senior audiences. European language skills desirable
