TBS People Solutions - Country Lead.
The Country Manager will provide compliant oversight and management of the People Solutions teams covering
Russia. This position will participate actively in aligning and standardizing processes ensuring compliance mandates, supporting escalated issues and driving continuous improvement. Responsible for managing outsourced vendor services to ensure quality and achievement of SLAs. Creates a positive, productive experience for employees, managers and supporting HR functions (embedded HR, COEi and PAG) who seek assistance on a broad range of matters pertaining to People Solutions accountabilities (including but not limited to Payroll, Employee Lifecycle, Leave of Absence, Compensation & Benefit programs and HR Information System) and resolving Employee queries.
The Country Manager will foster a team environment and a strong culture of customer service that will ensure program effectiveness and optimal service delivery in support of the People Solution model. This role projects confidence, professionalism and genuine concern for escalations or issues brought forward by team members and/or stakeholders.
Primary Duties:
- The Country Manager will support all People Solutions operational accountabilities withinRussia, and partner to resolve escalations in a complex, unionized country with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. This includes evaluating escalations, quickly analysing the situation, root cause and determining the appropriate resolution, and communicating the resolution to original requestor and/or stakeholder.
- The Country Manager is responsible for resolving higher level complex inquiries, escalations and project support. Inquiries are received via email, HCM system (Workday), HR case management system, and automated downstream system notifications or reporting.
- Under your leadership the local team serves as a central point of contact to support HR transactions and provides advanced level support to support to HR, People manager and Employees.

Education, Behavioural Competences and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and progressive experience in HR Operations/HRSS/Business Services of 5-9 years
- Workday or other HRIS experience
- Experience in an HR Service Center
- Case management system
