People Experience Care North team in Nokia is looking for a People Care Partner. As People Care Partner you are supporting Employees and Line Managers in Europe North in different tool, process and policy related questions as well as in different operational and transactional issues.
As part of the team, you will e.g.:
- Support Employees and Line Managers in all operational and transactional issues
- Support Employees with different People process, tool and policy related questions
- Support with benefit related questions and benefit administration
- Support onboarding activities and arrange induction sessions
- Document adnimistration and archiving
- Prepare Certificates and other documents
- Arrange trainings and participating in different projects
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience in HR related work
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong ability to adapt to change and be an active change management supporter
- Oral and written fluency in English is a must but we also value fluency in other languages
- You enjoy working as part of a team and have an innate ability to manage and prioritize competing demands
- You are accurate, have a service-minded attitude and the ability to work independently
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely is essential
- You have excellent computer/MS office skills (incl. Excel) and feel comfortable working with different tools
