Country CFO.
You will be an integral member of the senior management team and responsible for development of company’s financial, accounting, controlling and IT strategy and contributes to the development of the organization’s strategic goals, as well as deliver against them successfully and ensure the financial health of the business.
In addition to the strategic components, you will develop and implement efficient policies and procedures in finance, IT and general operational domains to make sure the support functions become timely, accurate, reliable, transparent and convenient service for all internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibility:
- Act as a finance business partner to the company executives with a strong focus on solutions and production financials to ensure the financial health and efficiency of the company
- Provision of comprehensive decision support to Country General Director and functional directors with regard to company performance management
- Participation in country strategy development
- Development and implementation of country Controlling / Finance & Accounting / IT processes and procedures in accordance with group’s guidelines and local requirements
- Budgeting (leading the process, developing and implementation of local tools and guidelines)
- Risk management
- Account receivables / payables management
- Cashflow management and optimization
- Tax optimization
- Interaction with financial institutions (banks, leasing, factoring, insurance and so on)
- Drafting of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts at country level according to closing calendar
- Plausibility check of balance sheet and P&L accounts, clarification of open balance sheet items
- Automatization related to finance & controlling processes
- Coordination of external audits
- Interface to region / group Controlling and Finance & Accounting
- Finance and IT team management
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with strong experience in both IFRS and RAS
- Professional qualifications: ACCA, CIMA or equivalent – would be a plus
- 5+ years in a senior management role with in-house financial management experience gained in international companies, operating in a full production and trading cycle
- Experience in working with financial institutions and exploring alternative sources of funds
- Skills in conducting financial analysis, evaluating investments, calculating project effectiveness
- Good computer skills, practical experience with ERP systems (1C ERP will be an advantage)
- Analytical & systematic mode of operation
- Ability to work in multitasking environment
- Good presentation and communication skills, as well as strong leadership skills and people management experience
- Fluent written and spoken English
