Job Description: As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall marketing strategy and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company's goals and objectives
- Brand Management: Lead efforts to enhance and protect brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity across all channels
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, with at least 3 of experience in leadership positions
