Head of Commercial.
Company is committed to creating an international new tobacco brand, building a global technology company with leading technology, and providing high-quality and safer traditional tobacco substitutes for smokers.
Company has been developing for 15 years in the international markets within 104 countries and become the Top 3 in the e-cigarette industry. There are over 10 million customers globally, and the numbers are still increasing.
Key Responsibility:
- Set all channels strategy & annual marketing calendar to increase brand awareness
- Product marketing – work closely with product & service functions to develop & differentiate our product offerings & key message to our customers & partners
- Channel development – develop & deploy direct national/regional level partnerships with targeted channels to increase brand awareness and drive stable & high-quality leads and sales targets
- Regional channel – develop & execute all regional marketing activities & local partnerships to deliver regional annual sales/lead targets
- Customer Experience & CRM – Planning and delivering online and offline customer engagement strategies to increase loyalty
- Sales management – drive sales target of all channels and collaborate with relevant team members to achieve sales management efficiency
- Digital marketing – develop integrated social content strategies and own the holistic social content plan which should be in line with the marketing calendar
- Management of all sales, commercial, marketing, and field team departments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial/Managing Director in sales and marketing
- In-depth understanding of market research
- 5 year’s experience in Vape Channel and MUST have FMCG experience and relationships
- Experience in managing a fast-paced agile business
- Solid experience in building financial models, managing budgets, and reporting
- Exceptional experience in people management and leadership
- Experience in building and implanting a structure
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, and comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Thrive in matrix environments and be adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders
