Anticipating and recommending technology solutions and innovation opportunities by understanding business challenges and strategic and operational priorities.
Being the main point of escalation for any HRIS or Payroll related issues.
Assisting in enhanced reporting while understanding and following standards that ensure the data integrity of HR information globally.
Reviewing, analyzing and creating detailed documentation of business processes and system functionality, including workflows, program functions and steps required to execute transactions.
Serving as the first point of contact with various HRIS vendors as needed   Requirements 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role in an international matrix organization.
A Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in related field.
Demonstrated ability to execute complex strategies across large networks.
Analytical and solution orientated with strong excel and HR systems skills.
Proven experience in project management.

Coordinate with the Technical Co-operation Bureau (TCB) and other Bureaus, as required, regarding technical support to States in the Region.

Adjust/adapt programmes and approaches to accommodate changing regional circumstances of critical importance.
Provide direction and guidance to a team of professional, technical and support staff.

Experience in dealing with civil aviation activities in the Asia and Pacific Region is required.
Experience with corporate performance management in the public or private sector is required.
Proven experience in leading and guiding a multidisciplinary team, with a diverse range of aviation specialities, to achieve organizational goals is required.
Experience in managing aviation safety or air navigation programmes/projects within an international or regional organization, national government, or major service provider (airport, airline or air navigation services provider is desirable.
