The company is looking for a Head of Customer Support Position.   What you will do: Manage Tier 1 and 2 support teams;
Ensure quality of support provided, implement KPI metrics;
Work to provide for customer and business needs together with sales, marketing and product management teams;
Create and maintain customer’s portrait, understand and optimize his ways of communication;
Analyze and improve internal anti-fraud systems;
Investigate and take decisions on customers’ billing inquiries;
Resolve escalated requests working together with the customer;
Improve and implement new support team tools;
Optimize current business processes, along with implementing new ones.   The company expects you to: Have experience in managing support teams (at least two years);
Be proficient in English (both written and spoken, C1 level minimum);
Have great soft-skills and be flexible in communication both with subordinates and other departments;
Be analytical in your decision making — whether it’s quality and efficiency assesment, improvement implementation or problem solving;
Have ideas and understanding in the support department automation.   It would be great if you: Have previously worked in US/CA markets;
Have experience in managing / automating HelpDesk and/or LiveChat systems;

Организация привлечения заемных (кредитных) средств в российских банках и банках развития, включая корпоративные и закупочные процедуры, заключение договоров;
Управление платежной позицией, подготовка сделок по привлечению ликвидности, размещения в депозиты, покупка валюты;
Взаимодействие с ДЗО холдинга в части контроля и согласования условий заимствования, финансовых ковенант, структурирования сделок, методологической поддержки организации финансирования и привлечения(размещения) средств;
Участие в организации системы внутрикорпоративного заимствования;
Проработка с финансовыми институтами и причастными подразделениями новых финансовых инструментов, связанных с привлечением средств и управлением оборотным капиталом (в т.ч. факторинговые сделки);
Участие в привлечении средств в рамках программ субсидирования кредитов а также средств специальных фондов;
Участие в проработке мероприятий, касающихся реструктуризации проблемной финансовой задолженности компаний холдинга перед ОАО «РЖД» и фин. институтами;
Подготовка справочных и аналитических материалов, переговорной позиции Департамента и отдела в рамках компетенции, участие в совещаниях;
Проработка источников финансирования для проектных компаний холдинга;
Участие в работе по международным проектам группы РЖД в части структурирования привлечения заемного капитала.   ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:
Высшее профильное образование (финансы и кредит);
Опыт работы в крупных холдингах на аналогичных позициях от 3-х лет;
Опыт реализации крупных сделок по привлечению финансирования на российском и международном рынках заемного капитала;
Опыт реализации сделок внутрикорпоративного финансирования;
Опыт реализации сделок, связанных с внешнеэкономической деятельностью;
Знание английского языка включая специализированную финансовую терминологию;
Знание базовых принципов кредитной документации, включая проектное финансирование, синдицированное кредитование, а также документов, подготовленных по английскому праву;
Опыт проведения и знание закупочных процедур;
Опыт проведения и знание корпоративных процедур;
Опыт работы с проблемными (преддефолтными, дефолтными) финансовыми обязательствами, понимание механизмов решения подобных задач;

Provides the key interface between external teams and partner test labs to internal test and development teams.
Manage to the deliverables, schedules, quality goals and costs for ongoing projects and programs, as outlined by the program team, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.
Manages relationships with regulators and outsourced test partners, including setting expectations regarding product launch deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs.
Ensure that our test partners have the capability to test new XR product for regulatory compliance.
Responsible for communication and influence inside and outside of our organization on how we utilize and integrate with our internal and external partners.
Proactively identifies and leads process improvement and cost reductions opportunities for our organization like external vs. internal. Engages with program managers, and development leaders to communicate program status, escalate issues, and influence tactical decision-making.
Monitor any upcoming regulation in the region and feedback to regulatory public consultation.
Make recommendations to cross-function on resolving regulatory compliance issues.
Studying new regulations and work with regulator, policy makers, standardization bodies, industry association to come up with compliance requirements and comprehensive strategies.   Qualifications:
First level university degree or equivalent experience required in an engineering discipline.
Minimum 15 or more years of wireless industry experience, including 10 or more years of direct consumer products regulatory approvals experience.
5 or more years of direct management experience with regulatory approvals teams.
Strong knowledge of wireless access technologies including WiFi, BT, LTE and 5G focusing on modem / telephony, radio systems, antenna performance, wireless communications, cellular network infrastructure, radio access network technologies, carrier certification and industry standards.
Support and drive the carrier and industry approvals of wireless products.
Experience working with and demonstrated delivery of products in an outsourced partner model.
Demonstrated proficiency in multiple product certification models and ability to influence and communicate inside and outside of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership in growing high performing teams and advancing individual contributors.
Working knowledge of devices, software, firmware, RF system architecture etc.
Knowledge and Skills Advanced management skills including time and risk management, organizational structuring, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
