Role Accountabilities and Objectives:
Trust Technology Advisor: Expand or defend addressable Public Sector and other regulated markets in an evolving policy, regulatory and customer environment. Be the technical lead on digital sovereignty, risk management, security, privacy, compliance, standards and certifications
Deep customer and market acumen: Expand markets by contributing to local industry direction or via next-gen tech
Drive Tech Intensity: As technology leader advocate, inspire CxO executives to fully understand the opportunities enabled by increased Tech Intensity and how to realize desired business outcomes
Tech Legislation Expert: as an expert on technology legislation, lead and be a trusted advisor in the development and application of corporate products and solutions in the local market in compliant way
Key outcomes and measures of success:
Recognized technical thought leader and market development lead for regulated industries projects
Visible, sought-after external spokesperson for MS on trust, data sovereignty, ethics and technology enabled innovation
Executive liaison to corp engineering teams for field insights and requests
Lead the technical legislation policy practice and adjust the business models to the local environment
Foster a learning/coaching culture
Responsibilities:
Focused areas for NTO in Russia
Owner of “what we sell” for mid-long term perspective, aligning with Corp teams and engineering. Support compliant solutions for On-Prem and Hybrid clusters
Connecting the biz needs of local market with technology solutions, and aligning local biz opportunities and tech solutions
Connecting MS biz models and projects to import substitution narrative / argumentation, to equip GR functions
Leading Strategic partnerships stream addressing significant market opportunities to support Cloud-Born and White space clusters
Qualifications:
10+ years of professional expereince in IT/Telecom industries
Recognized technologies ambassador, expert at least in one area (Clouds/BigData/AI are prefered)
Broad industrial and technical knowledge basis, strong functional skills and proven track record of winning complex projects
Self-motivated person, sits on the business side and having technical background, combining expertise in SW solutions design, strategic partnerships development and effective management
Markets analysis experience, with consequent development of clear fighting strategy against of key competitors
Broad IT industry networking, including C-level, experience and will to invest in local Microsoft community and ecosystem development (run trainings, seminars, customer days, etc.)
Ambitious, result-oriented, creative and agile. Interested in developing the growing Cloud businesses
