A group of luxury apartments has an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Manager.
The role:
As a manager of luxury apartments, you will be independently responsible for the complete operation, whereby you will have to take on a variety of tasks and implement them with a high degree of independence in a goal-oriented and successful manner.
Your tasks:
• Ensuring a smooth operational business process
• Customer relationship management (from the initial contact until the concierge service during your stay – you will take care about the whole process)
• Responsibility regarding the budgets
• Marketing of the property (multi-channel marketing, partnerships, etc.)
• As the team is very small according to the product, an active Hotel Manager is required to pitch in wherever needed. The work consists mainly of operational activities and direct customer contact.
• Maintenance/ Keeping the building in top condition
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge in the operational and administrative area
• Strong motivation and talented in organization

• Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken
