The wider Global Partnerships team includes a variety of different organizations, including CorpDev, Emerging Business Development, Strategy and Operations, Google for Startups, Area 120 and our Display Advertising Business.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Team management experience, and experience as a people manager managing teams
Experience managing business growth numbers (goals) and sales operations (pipeline) in a digital industry
Ability to speak and write in English and one or more of the following languages fluently: Arabic, Hebrew, Turkish, and/or Russian
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the publishing industry (News, Magazines, Broadcasting, etc.)
Ability to think high level as well as understand the details and complexities of a business and take a direct approach
Ability to drive business strategies and initiatives with senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations
Self-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activities
Strong facilitation and influencing skills at C-Level.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a high-performing, diverse team, inspiring them to deliver results for their partners, and helping them develop business acumen and consultative promoting skills
Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for your cluster (e.g. business growth, acquisitions, customer satisfaction, strategic objective and key results)
Develop strong cross-functional relationships with in-market stakeholders to help drive business in each market
Build trusted C-Level relationships with strategic partners in each market to drive business and advocacy.
