DiDi is searching for a Paid Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Programmatic Marketing management: architect, activate, optimize programmatic media (Mobile, Paid Social, Paid Search) profitably scale our paid and organic acquisition efforts (including but not limited to Yandex, My Target(VK/OK), Google Ads, YouTube and Facebook) to propel growth across;
Develop growth marketing strategy supporting acquisition targets and deliver forecasts and supporting plans;
Build successful users acquisition campaigns across multiple targets, geos, demographics, and channels;
Develop test plans for new user acquisition initiatives, and measure performance to identify the highest impact testing opportunities and make recommendations (generate data-drive hypotheses for improving conversion funnel velocity/efficiency and work with Product/Eng to test and measure);
Coordinate with brand/creative team to provide recommendations on ad creative and copy based on performance.
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize performance marketing budget across top marketing channels;
Strong analytical approach to acquisition funnel metrics measurement, campaign performance, and optimizations;
Creative problem-solving acumen, with the analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptions;
Strong experience conceiving, testing, and optimizing channels;
Excellent project management skills;
Humility, empathy, true collaborator, service and detail-oriented attitude;
Knowledge of online ride-hailing industry or gaming industry preferred;
Second language: English or Mandarin.
