  • Планирование деятельности компании по организации мероприятий: стратегическое и тактическое планирование, бюджетирование;

  • Контроль создания презентационных материалов по проектам;
  • Контроль документооборота на всех этапах подготовки проектов;
  • Формирование отчетности по итогам проектов
  Требования:
  • Опыт работы в event-индустрии руководителем направления, куратором проектов. Опыт руководства подразделением (дополнительный опыт в сфере PR и маркетинга будет вашим преимуществом);
  • Опыт реализации мероприятий различных форматов – деловых, культурно-массовых, развлекательных и пр.;
  • Умение ведения переговоров, грамотная устная и письменная речь, знание правил деловой переписки;
  • Знание программ: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point

  Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of 3+ years of project or program management experience
  • Effective project management skills; strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills with good understanding of key business, sales and financial metrics
  • People management experience: supervise a team of 3-4 remote employees and ensure accuracy in work by improving their efficiency and QAing their results
  • Strong spoken and written in English
  • Set performance goals and project deadlines that align with the company’s larger plans
  • Experience working with ad APIs and feeds
  • Strong attention to detail; strong multi-tasking and the ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

Master's Degree - Advanced university degree in social science, political science, engineering, economics, or another relevant discipline.

Experience in working across multiple sectors would be an advantage, such as international organizations, governments and/or different industries within the private sector.

Demonstrable knowledge of the latest programme evaluation techniques and methodologies, and practical experience in conducting and/or supervising evaluations of programmatic and other activities.

Proven experience in supervisory roles, ideally leading or co-leading teams of evaluators.

Excellent partnering skills and stakeholder management.

Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including interview and presentation techniques, with ability to effectively convey complex ideas in an engaging manner with clarity, diplomacy and precision.

Excellent oral and written command of English. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is an asset.   Remuneration:
