June Homes is a post Series-B company that’s using technology to challenge antiquated practices and improve the rental experience for everyday consumers and mom-and-pop landlords. Now June Homes is looking for a Project Manager who will manage the Content Team developing, distributing and maintaining our product online while providing support on our website. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Growth & Performance Marketing.

 

What you’ll do

  • QA for all new property inventory listing pre release to production on the website and external listing partners
  • UX optimisation across the property inventory portfolio; Image selection and order, description best practices, feature list etc
  • Track and monitor results: work accurately in Google Sheets to record and track our data on inventory volumes lives, pending and unavailable as well as trended performance
  • Improve the efficiency of processes by analyzing the full process flow and making high impact changes
  • Posting new property inventory across platforms where we publish or syndicate our listings
  • Provide new photos and descriptions to inventory ensuring inventory is presented in the best way across the 25-30 platforms listed
  • Keep property inventory listings updated in terms of availability and duration
  • Regular QA on internal and external property inventory listing quality: correct prices, description, availability, etc
  • Publishing new property inventory on the website

 

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of 3+ years of project or program management experience
  • Effective project management skills; strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills with good understanding of key business, sales and financial metrics
  • People management experience: supervise a team of 3-4 remote employees and ensure accuracy in work by improving their efficiency and QAing their results
  • Strong spoken and written in English
  • Set performance goals and project deadlines that align with the company’s larger plans
  • Experience working with ad APIs and feeds
  • Strong attention to detail; strong multi-tasking and the ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
  • Experience working at a startup, preferably at a Proptech company
  • Creative and data driven optimisation experience to maximise partnership revenues
  • Strong experience working in Google Sheets/Excel and basic understanding of web-design and layout
  • Reliable home office setup

 

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • 2+ years with affiliates and partnership marketing experience would be considered a huge plus
  • Ideally experience of working in marketplace/classified businesses in residential/commercial real estate or travel
  • Previous experience as Content or Data Manager (CMS) would be considered a benefit
  • Technical or coding (such as Python and SQL) knowledge to help automate processes is a bonus
  • Thrive in a fluid, fast-paced and results-oriented environment
  • Able to create clarity from ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs to influence decision making across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with data visualization in Redash, Domo, Tableau or similar software
