Marketing Director.

Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns. Developing plans to help establish the brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.
Responsibilities:
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals
- Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies
- Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Identifying potential clients and analyzing existing clients' needs
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Formulates Marketing and Communications strategy for both internal and external audiences
- Main point of contact for all marketing and communications activity
- Owns, manages, and delivers CORE brand strategy
- Develops, coordinates and communicates CORE Group proposition
- Manages day-to-day relationships with a nominated PR agency
- Manages and coordinates marketing campaigns
- Provides support for New Businesses through the production of collateral and research
- Manages and controls all Social Media activity for CORE
- Provides copywriting for both internal and external collateral
- Manages events strategies for CORE
- Develops team members to ensure succession and necessary skills are in place
- Manages and allocates teams' workload
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years experience as Head of Marketing or VP of Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a relevant field
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords
- Experience with CRM software
