chikoroko.art is an art project by Chiko&Roko to produce designer figures (Art toys) and digital souvenirs through an online platform in the form of NFT 3D objects with the ability to view them in augmented reality (AR). New figures are released every day and distributed free of charge to collectors for participating in our projects. At the moment, there are more than 720,000 active users, who are rapidly adding every day.
Company is looking for an employee who will help it develop the office in Abu Dhabi and will be involved in solving administrative tasks, helping the company's management.

Who is company looking for?
- Experience in digital products at least two years
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Google Infrastructure, Adobe products any any of task management systems
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Literate Russian and fluent written English
