Functional responsibilities:
• Implementation of interaction with a patent attorney on the protection of intellectual property rights;
• Comprehensive patent research;
• Drafting and filing applications for registration of intellectual property rights;
• Contractual work (legal examination of contracts, development of draft contracts);
• Corporate work (ensuring the activities of management bodies, registration of the results of the general meeting of participants, preparation and registration of amendments to the constituent documents / Unified State Register of Legal Entities).
Requirements:
• Experience in the profile of at least 5 years;
• Knowledge and experience of patent work in one of the regions: UK, Dominion, UAE, Singapore will be an advantage;
• Possession of techniques and methods of conducting patent research;
• The skill of drafting documents for the implementation of legally significant actions related to the legal protection of inventions, utility models, industrial designs established by the civil legislation of the Russian Federation;
• Fluent English
• Ability to work in multitasking mode, organizational skills. Work in Moscow, readiness for relocation to Dubai.
