1. Head of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Build an effective sales department, test hypotheses
- Ensure the systematic growth of the CR2 indicator (from lead to payment)
- Fully responsible for hiring and managing a team of 6-8 managers (all planning meetings, 1-on-1 etc.)
- Monitor the implementation of the plan
- Control of operational indicators (sales indexes, call/call plan, SLA, conversion) and analytics
Required skills:
- You have deep experience in B2C sales field, passionate about your profession and result-driven
- Managing a team of at least 8 managers
- Have experience in English-language sales
- Knowing of English-language CRM systems (AMO/Pipedrive as an advantage and other analogues)
- Have experience working with analytical systems/dashboards (Google Data Studio/Tableau and other analogues)

2. Head of Community
Обязательные требования:
- 5+лет опыта в customer support/success/управлением комьюнити
- Придерживаться клиентоцентричного подхода по работе с клиентами
- Опыт управления 30+ людьми в команде
- Опыт в построении мультиязычных команд поддержки

Какие задачи предстоит решать:

3. Head of Analytics
Responsibilities:
- Search for growth points in the product, marketing and sales
- Setting up end-to-end analytics
- Ownership marketing, product and sales analytics
- Setting up the analytics infrastructure
- Data visualization
- Creation of ad-hoc analytical reports
- Maintaining the purity of data collection, transmission and visualization
Required skills:
- Advanced knowledge of web-analytics tools: Google Analytics, GTM, Yandex.Metrika
- Understanding of product metrics (Retention, NPV and other)

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the advertising campaigns in Google Ads in two countries (Asia)
- Projecting and testing different funnels
- Creating hypothesis and testing them
- Implementing best practices of buying traffic (Google Ads)
- Cooperating with local outsourcers
- Working with high budgets (100.000$ per month and more)
- Creating the best team on the market, implementing a motivation system and helping the team to grow
Requirements:
- You have 3+ years of experience in Performance marketing
- You have experience managing high budgets (not less than 50.000$ per month)
- You know how to work with end-to-end analytics
- You managed a team of 3+ people
- English B2 or above
- Have experience working on the side of the client

Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives in Indonesia
- Work closely with management to execute the overall business strategy
