К UHNW-семье ищут Private PA.   A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within a Single Family Office for a Russian and English-speaking private assistant. This fast-paced and dynamic role would suit someone at the top of their PA career. Are therefore looking for someone who has strong experience of working for UHNW Family previously and understands the demands and needs for discretion at this level.   Some of the key responsibilities:
  • To support the Family Office operations by providing administrative support to the Family members
  • Preparation of agendas, documentation and minutes/records of meetings as required
  • To organise business and private travel, including arranging visas, travel, accommodation and restaurants, entertainment as required
  • To carry out extensive diary management and coordination of meetings and calls, often over several time zones, and ever-changing diaries
  • To carry out research for the principals and manage ad-hoc projects as and when required by the Family
  • To always observe a code of strictest confidentiality
  Key requirements:
  • Excellent command of Russian and English. Additional knowledge of French, Italian or German language will be highly beneficial
  • 3-5 years’ experience within a similar role
  • Demonstration of a high level of autonomy, initiative, and independence in performing daily tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail
  • High degree of diplomacy and discretion with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • High level of flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Excellent proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Has the flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to meet the principals’ needs as and when necessary. You will also need to be happy to provide a 24/7 service at peak times

  • A passion for the digital content space and entertainment industry; Direct experience in growing subscription services is preferred
