Account Director, Global Sales Office Russia.
Moscow Area Office of Radisson Hotel Group is looking for the Account Director who will be responsible for the execution and orchestration of all Sales strategic initiatives assigned to its scope of work aiming at driving business expansion, growth, and the necessary cultural evolution to support both. The function requires supportive, proactive, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset yet with unique aim to create memorable moments for guests, partners and hotels. In this role, Account Director will have the responsibility to foster a work environment that empower its team to work closely with all key business partners and hotels in order to achieve planned performance. Driving results through meaningful interactions with our key account but also hunting for new business expansion is a must. The job incumbent acts as an ambassador for the brand, reflecting the company culture and values. All work is carried out in accordance with company corporate policies, procedures and service concepts according to local requirements and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Key account Management:
- Managing a portfolio & Building solid and effective relationships with key stakeholders of various key accounts (Corporate, MICE, CREW) based in Russia
- Maintaining and growing profitable revenue and market share from managed key top accounts in assigned B2B segments to reach your personal and company’s goals
- Scooting and hunting for relevant and high potential new account to grow market share and penetration within corporate segment for the area
- Ensure total account management and account lifecycle is followed to fully uncover managed accounts potential, total account penetration and building senior level relationships of TOP accounts
- Leadership toward accounts management team to reach assigned targets of account development
- Establish strong cooperation with Global and Regional accounts owners to secure consistent growth of global accounts and partners on area level
- Must have strong analytics skills to identify new business opportunities of new/non-developed accounts on country company level
- Support conversion of top business opportunities unidentified by hotels in assigned segment
- Drive inbound business proactively by identifying and activating source markets in assigned B2B segments in cooperation with hotels sales teams
- Support implementation of global company sales and marketing initiatives on area level supporting all business model available in the area (Managed & Franchise)
- Create and execute sales activities plan supporting main strategies in key accounts management and new business opportunities search
- Establish consistent tracking of the progress of assigned accounts portfolio production, implemented initiatives and activities to ensure strong ROI
- Ensure strong activities focused on growth of RHG Brands awareness and market share on assigned markets targeting relevant audience and business segment for each brand
- Initiate Global RFPs request to developed strong global bookings base (up to 500 rn)
- Close cooperation with CSO Sales team
Hotels Support:
- Provide support to hotels acting on their behalf on Regional level in development of strategic partnership
- Ensure consistent communication to hotels accordingly to developed communication plan
- Orchestrate & Synergize hotels sales activities acting on behalf of hotels on country level where relevant
- Hotels support in trainings and lead-through of RHG sales tools and programs
- Helicopter sales view, thinking strategically
- Monitoring regularly hotels ales activities to ensure individual sales calls objectives are achieve
- Support new opening hotels in delivering business from managed account portfolio, building strong awareness on all source markets, growing market share, supporting in creating S&M activities and pre-opening plan
Job requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum education: National academic qualifications
- Minimum experience: 5 years of relevant experience in Sales
- Language skills: Very good command of written and spoken English & Russian

- Should bring a strong portfolio of customers and relationship with key industry influencers
