Key responsibilities:
- Elevate consumer insights function to enable consumer-centric strategy & G2M for the new brand
- Turn consumer insights into mid & long term strategy within annual planning cycle
- Strategic consumer research: segmentation, consumer journey, menu architecture, etc.
- By-Category U&A
- Innovative insights for New Product Development
- New product consumer test
- Market, brand & advertising trackers
- Category U&A, segmentation
- Launch pre & post assessment
- Other consumer insights within both strategic & tactic layers
Candidate profile:
- 5+ years of experience in consumer research
- Deep methodological understanding of standard & innovative research tools and personal experience of running key ones
- Mandatory experience of strategic researches mentioned above, close collaboration with brand marketing team to identify strategic growth priorities and develop winning activations
- Previous positions: consumer insights manager at FMCG or food international company with local new product & communication development (not just amplification of global product initiatives/launches)
- Strong analytical skills & strategic thinking
- Strong business acumen, focus on business result
- Ability to find simple solutions of complex problems
- Strong leadership via influencing
- Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders – MKT & non-MKT, Snr. Leadership team, global team
- Ability to work cross functionally, strong team player
