Senior Business Planning and Analysis Manager.
Senior BPA leading Business Planning & Analysis activities within a country or Business Unit, providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the business leadership. Reviews performance against objectives and acts as a business partner to Business Units, developing insights into key business drivers / KPIs, turning them into actionable recommendations to achieve results.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the execution of regional / global strategies for own part of the organization and the correct and timely implementation of BPA processes and policies and ensure adherence thereof
- Delivering core management reporting and financial planning processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of insightful, recurring or ad-hoc financial information
- Leading the development of detailed budget and financial forecasts for use in country, and Business Unit planning. Designing and maintain early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for all financial results
- Proactively drive performance and carry out value-added analyses on financial data: Sales trends, Functional Expenses, Other Income and Expenses, Impairment review, Management Cash Flow, Capital Investments, lifetime costs for projects, NPV
- Conducting value added analyses, e.g. Resource Allocation, Profitability analyses, Benchmarking to recommend short and long-term targets and improvement areas. Providing leadership in preparing business cases, participating and value adding in key negotiations for investments and programs/projects
What you’ll bring to the role:
- University Degree in Economics or Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Experience designing and operating financial reporting and forecasting systems
- Significant years of experience in finance field
- Fluent/Advanced English written and spoken
- Strong presentation skills: the ability to understand situations, interdependencies, and challenges in a holistic way; and a proactive attitude are must
