An industry-leading company in Insulin products are looking to start up business in Russia. Company looking for Head of Business of a Russian subsidiary.
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of overseas subsidiaries, and with headquarters in personnel and financial management.
2. Responsible for the company’s products in the local target country market declaration registration, factory inspection, access to listing license, registration certificate.
3. Establish a network of local doctors and experts to cooperate with academic seminars on products and local bidding.
4. With the local government health, drug supervision department, such as the establishment and maintenance of public relations.
5. Responsible for the construction, training and maintenance of the promotion team in the regional market, developing sales plan and completing sales tasks (indicators).
6. Collect customer information, establish customer profiles, analyze customer types and business opportunities, and develop and carry out appropriate business plans.
7. Lead marketing team, open up the market, through professional visits, preaching and education training with customers / dealers to establish a marketing network.
8. Analysis of product and regional sales data, such as growth rates, and coverage, to help improve the implementation of sales plans.
9. Analysis and understanding of the sales of competing items (sales data, distributors, networks, coverage, sales activities, etc.)
10. Fully understand the working status of the region under its jurisdiction, and collect market information in a timely manner, and put forward a rational marketing plan.
11. Other work matters required by the Company.
Requirements for appointment:
1. Regular university master’s degree and above, biology, medicine, pharmacy, chemistry, international trade, marketing, and other related majors.
2. Russian, fluent in English, mastering a third foreign language (Spanish, French, Arabic, Portuguese, etc.).
3. Have excellent communication skills, honesty and dedication, strong executive
4. Strong adaptability, pioneering spirit and innovative consciousness.
5. More than 10 years of overseas work experience is preferred, and overseas subsidiary
operating experience is preferred.
6. Overseas dealer network resources are preferred.
7. Accept assignment.
