Head of User Acquisition.

Company`s bootcamps focus on training students in software engineering, data science, business intelligence analytics, and QA engineering in a feasible and accessible way, ultimately leading them to thrive in a new career.
TripleTen is a remote first organization mirroring students who complete bootcamps in a remote environment.
The User Acquisition Head plays a crucial role in TripleTen, driving the growth and success of the company by acquiring new customers for the tech bootcamps. The key metric for this role is revenue.
What you will do:
- Develop User Acquisition Strategy: Create a comprehensive user acquisition strategy that aligns with Triplten’s business goals and objectives
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Utilize a range of digital marketing channels, including performance channels (Meta, Google), search engine optimization (SEO), influencer partnerships, etc.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Build daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to analyze key user acquisition metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Budget Management: Responsibility for the $300k-$600k monthly UA with a strict goal of optimization Customer Marketing and Customer Sales Costs
- Partnerships and Alliances: Explore and establish partnerships with educational institutions, influencers, and other relevant organizations to expand the TripleTen’s reach and credibility
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize landing pages, website design, and user onboarding processes to enhance the conversion rates of website visitors into active users. In collaboration with the Growth Team
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of digital marketers, analysts, and content creators to execute the user acquisition strategy effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully leading user acquisition efforts in the edtech or tech startup industry. At least 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
- Understanding of educational technology and its applications in the learning industry
