Finance Manager.

The team is growing rapidly and looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to shape the financial strategy and drive operational excellence as the company expands its footprint in the global sports and hospitality industry.
What will you do:
- Financial Operations: Oversee and optimize day-to-day accounting, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls, implement best practices across the above pillars, and lead and manage financial operations across a multi-subsidiary setup
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets and financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Drive financial modeling and analysis to support business decisions and expansion projects
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Track key performance metrics, generate actionable insights for the leadership team, and support the seamless execution of strategic action plans
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support and drive fundraising activities, lead discussions with banks and preparation of necessary materials
- Lead internal and external audits by preparing necessary schedules, reports, and documentation
Ideal candidate is:
Hard skills:
- Experienced as a Finance Manager, preferably in dynamic industries like hospitality, events, sports
- Experience in Big-4 accounting firms is a plus
- Certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, and management accounting
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher); familiarity with Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with automation of financial processes and working with large, complex datasets
