Цель деятельности компании - формирование единой информационной системы здравоохранения Московской области путем организации системы сбора, обработки, хранения и предоставления информации, обеспечивающей динамическую оценку состояния здоровья населения и деятельности организаций здравоохранения, информационную поддержку принятия управленческих решений, направленных на её улучшение.   Обязанности:
  • Организация исполнения требований законодательства в сфере информационной безопасности
  • Мониторинг событий информационной безопасности
  • Внедрение, установка, настройка и контроль работы специальных технических и программных средств защиты информации, обеспечение организационных и инженерно-технических мер защиты информации
  • Обнаружение, реагирование и нейтрализация инцидентов информационной безопасности на объекте (ГИС)
  • Выявление источников и причин возникновения событий ИБ, их анализ
  • Расследование инцидентов ИБ, проведение оценки их последствий, выработка контрмер
  • Проведение профилактических мероприятий с целью повышения уровня защищенности объектов информатизации
  • Участие в процессе модернизации и доработки объектов информатизации в рамках своих компетенций (написание ТЗ, приемка работ)
  • Участие в аттестационных мероприятиях
  Требования: Обязательно:
  • Высшее профессиональное образование по направлению подготовки “Информационная безопасность” и (или) профессиональная переподготовка по одной из специальностей этого направления (свыше 500 аудиторных часов)
  • Стаж работы не менее 5 лет по направлению
  • Знания нормативных документов в сфере защиты информации
  • Знание способов и методов защиты информационных систем
  • Уверенные знания сетевых технологий и системного администрирования
  • Понимание принципов работы: SIEM, IPS/IDS, WAF, DLP, IDM
  • Понимание принципов работы СКЗИ: ViPNet Coordinator, ViPNet Administrator, ViPNet Client, ViPNet TLS Gateway
  • Опыт администрирования СЗИ от НСД SecretNet Studio 8
  • Опыт администрирования серверов антивирусной защиты Kaspesky
  • Знание серверных и пользовательских ОС Windows и ОС Linux на уровне администратора
  • Готовность к самостоятельной работе, умение работать в команде, аналитический склад ума, коммуникабельность, стрессоустойчивость.
Приветствуется:
  • Опыт работы с системами виртуализации VMWare и контейнерами Docker
  • Опыт настройки сетевого оборудования (аппаратных МЭ, маршрутизаторов и коммутаторов)
  • Опыт в расследовании инцидентов информационной безопасности
  • Опыт развертывания, администрирования, сопровождения ViPNet TLS Gateway, MaxPatrol SIEM, XSpider
  • Опыт построения инфраструктуры открытых ключей PKI
  • Опыт решения задач, требующих автоматизации средствами PowerShell, bash, shell

  • The role requires to work as a change agent for HR Transformation initiatives. Ensure that it delivers consistent and effective HR services, maintain Org Structure and timely filling of vacancies. Facilitate timely completion of PMS. Establish effective communication strategies and drive employee engagement initiatives. Ensure proactive ER/IR management and Compliance monitoring
  • This role shall have the primary ask of working on enterprise-wide change management and HR organization design. The incumbent shall then be transitioned into a business partner, being responsible for driving the people agenda through robust HR offerings with a complete responsibility to manage the employee lifecycle and talent engagement including succession planning, leadership development, critical hiring and change advocacy
  Job Accountabilities:
  • Drive HR Transformation agenda and work as a change agent to bring about effective roll out of all HR Transformation initiatives within timelines
  • Implement HR strategies aligned to business goals and partner in creating sustainable and integrated solutions
  • Deliver consistent, effective and seamless customer facing HR services
  • Collaborate with COEs and take responsibility for Talent Management initiatives
  • Work with all stake holders for completion of PMS - facilitating smooth completion of Yearly Performance Plan filling in system, Mid-Year review and End Year review on time
  • Effective implement employee engagement initiatives across all the levels of employees and maintain cordial employee relations by anticipating their needs & concerns
  • Plan and organise employee interactions and communication sessions at periodic intervals for dissemination of relevant information and obtaining individual/group feedbacks
  • Prepare MIS reports/HR metrics
  • Provide HR Policy interpretation and guidance to employees and leaders
  • Maintain Industrial peace and harmony through proactive ER/IR management and Compliance monitoring
