У вас может не быть опыта карьерного консультирования, мы готовы всему вас научить, но у вас должно быть четкое представление принципов подбора и оценки немассовых позиций.   Что делать: Нужен консультант, который будет вести уникальную на рынке карьерного консультирования программу “Карьерный check-up”: проводить по методике карьерную диагностику и создавать стратегию развития для top и middle менеджеров. То есть полностью вести человека как проект: от оценки по компетенциям, через исследование рынка, к описанию рисков, точек роста, перспектив и ролей, в которых человек может быть востребован.   Как работать: В день у вас будет в среднем по 1 новому клиенту и несколько встреч, много исследовательской работы (анализ рынка, поиск нестандартных траекторий, зарплатная аналитика) и подготовка отчетов. Загрузку вы планируете сами, график гибкий. Основной период общения команды по рабочим вопросам — с 10 до 19.   Что важно для этой роли: Иметь представление о принципах планирования карьеры.
Уметь задавать минимум вопросов для получения максимума информации.
Анализировать большой объем данных (рыночные исследования, информация о компаниях, профессиональные источники для разных функций).
Быть готовым к очень быстрому темпу работы.
Понятно формулировать мысли, не только устно, но и письменно, быть фанатом инфостиля и избегать корпоративные канцеляризмы.
