B2B Sales Lead (Media Sales).
BeInCrypto creates content and products to educate and inspire everyone with crypto & Web3. Generates original content and cover major news, and makes it available in 13 languages. Company is much more than a media publication. Also develops educational products and tools and has 4 more products inside digital nomad backpack: Learn, Rankings, Academy, and Jobs.
BeInCrypto is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Lead to join Media Sales department. As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving media sales revenue across all BeInCrypto domains. Your key responsibilities will include setting sales strategy, defining sales targets, and overseeing the execution of sales activities. You will play a pivotal role in meeting clients, cultivating new business opportunities, and managing existing partnerships.

- Are you prepared for 3-6 months of direct client engagement, including cold outreach and closing deals ranging from $50,000?
- Can you commit to thoroughly understanding all projects, spanning media in 14 languages, community engagement, Jobs Board, BeVerified, and Educational products? Can you consistently propose ideas to expand client opportunities and BIC packages?

What you’ll do:
- Drive media sales revenue for all BeInCrypto domains, setting sales strategy, sales targets and drive execution
- Be a hands-on manager, spending a significant amount of time in meeting clients and developing existing and new business opportunities
- Be accountable for sales planning, pipelines, forecasts and all sales activity
- Collaborate across departments and key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on clients, deals and partnerships
- Drive growth conversations with both internal stakeholders and external partners with new ideas and strategic partnerships
- Align best practices from one region to another to create a cohesive and constantly improving sales environment with learning from and across the regions especially focusing on global key accounts
- Evaluate market position and competency of products relative to competitors and how company can drive revenue performance in the competitive landscape
- Collaborate with product heads to build innovative advertising products and find ways to build a truly differentiated advertising business in the markets this role is responsible for
It’s a perfect match if you have:
- 5+ years of working experience in advertising sales and marketing in media/digital industry across different regions, including APAC
- Strong analytical skills to set specifications for sales data dashboards, identify the gaps and focus of the sales team, find the potential to increase revenue
- Strong track record in managing and executing a sales plan, pipelines, revenue forecasts
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and instinct for revenue-generating activities
- Strong hands-on and strategic organizational and managerial skills
- Experience in setting a sales strategy for the new product and communicating it clearly
- Exceptional English communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and emotional intelligence skills to be an effective problem solver

Main focus is to drive sales among clients. Team offers them integrations to channels and align their needs with tools. The result of work is the contracts for clients’ promotion.
