• Support the development of a point of view on the current state of the practice by overseeing and conducting research, interviews and fact-based quantitative/qualitative analysis;
• Supports identification of key market dynamics that will impact the business over the agreed upon planning horizon (Macro analysis, Market research);
• Lead analytical projects (including: dashboards developments, forecasting, valuation, competitive analysis, portfolio review);
• Create compelling stories and presentations;
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure innovative products with coherent architectures and sustainable business models (incl. calculation of business cases);
• Resolve corporate issues.   Education, experience and skills requirements:
• Education: University/Bachelors degree in a related subject — e.g. Finance, Economics, etc (Engineering/Math or other technical specialties as well);
• Experience: experience in a professional services firm with strategy consulting/or different advisory at least 3 years or experience in departments of Market Research/Business
• Development /Strategy in different companies at least 3 years;
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem solving;
• Strong written and oral communication skills as well as listening and interpretation skills;
• Advanced level in presentations development (understanding of the structuring and storyline);
• Advanced aptitude in MS Office — Excel, PowerPoint;
• Russian – fluent, English – Upper-Intermediate (both oral and written);
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
